What we collect

If you log in by email link: your email address, and the times you request or use a login.

If you log in with Google: the fields Google's own sign-in screen tells you it's sharing before you approve it -- typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We only ever receive what that consent screen lists; we never ask Google for anything it doesn't show you first.

What we do with it

We use it to recognize your account across the apps in your Kumando hub, and to personalize what you see there -- your name, your picture, and which apps you've been granted access to. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the app you're actively using it in.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time -- write to hello@kumando.com and we'll remove your account row, your login history, and any linked sign-in identities.

Other sign-in providers

If Kumando later adds sign-in with another provider (Apple, Facebook, etc.), the same rule applies: we only ever collect what that provider's own consent screen discloses to you, and we handle it under that provider's API terms, same as we do for Google today.
